One application · many schools

Your school portal and your records, always in step.

Any browser

Nothing to install. The whole system works on a laptop in the office and a phone in a pocket.

✓

Android and iOS

The mobile app adds push notifications and live bus tracking, signed in with the same account.

✓

One account

Staff, parents and students all sign in at the same place and land on the portal for their role.

Portals

One sign-in, the portal for your role

What you see after signing in is decided by your role at the school. A parent with two children switches between them from the header; a teacher who works at two schools switches between those.

S

School Admin

Configure the school, manage users, delegate permissions, read the audit trail.

P

Principal

Approvals, result publication and the reports behind them.

T

Teacher

The day's classes, attendance, homework, marks entry and online tests.

S

Staff

A workspace for the module you run — fees, library, transport, lab, hostel or the front office.

P

Parent

Attendance, fees, results, the bus, notices, and a line to the class teacher.

S

Student

Timetable, assignments, online tests, results and the library account.

Features

Everything a school day needs

Six of the places the system does the work, rather than simply storing the record.

Two pupils working together at a classroom table

A parent portal that answers the daily questions

Was my child marked present? What homework is due? What is outstanding on the fees, and where is the bus? Each answer is one tap from the dashboard, for every child a parent has at the school.

  • Attendance, day by day and month by month
  • Homework and assignments, with what is late
  • Fee dues, receipts and online payment
  • Results and report cards, once published
A student working at a laptop

A student portal for the work itself

Timetable, assignments to hand in, online tests to sit, results when they are released, and the library account — on a laptop at home or a phone on the bus.

  • Today’s timetable and the term calendar
  • Submit written work or upload a file
  • Sit objective and subjective tests, autosaved every 30 seconds
  • Borrowing history and what is due back
A teacher at the blackboard with pupils raising their hands

Attendance that takes itself

Biometric devices push every punch straight in. The register is built from first in and last out against your own shift rules, and a parent hears within minutes if a child is absent or late.

  • ZKTeco, eSSL and Realtime devices, or RFID and QR at the gate
  • Class teachers mark by day, subject teachers by period
  • Corrections need a reason, and the original value is kept
  • Low-attendance warnings at the percentage you set
Pupils working in a school science lab

Examinations through to report cards

Set the papers, enter marks with the theory, practical and internal split, moderate, then process results against your own grading scale. The Principal approves before a single parent sees anything.

  • Marks locked once submitted, unlocked only with a reason
  • Grades, grade points, rank and pass rules from your scale
  • Report cards as PDF from per-board templates
  • Admit cards held automatically for fee defaulters
An administrator working at a desk

Fees, from the counter and from the sofa

Heads, instalments, concessions and late fines as your school actually runs them. Take payment at the desk in any mode, or let a parent pay online — the gateway settles straight into the ledger.

  • Part payments, advances, refunds and audited cancellations
  • Receipts from your own number series, as PDF
  • Defaulter lists and SMS reminders
  • Day and mode collection reports, and a Tally export
A school library with pupils reading

The library, on a barcode scanner

Catalogue by title with a copy per accession number. Issue and return by scan, with limits, renewals, reservations and fines that compute themselves.

  • Issue limits and loan periods by member type
  • Overdue fines, per day with a cap
  • Reservations that go ready as soon as a copy returns
  • Most-issued, overdue and stock verification reports

Modules

Switch on only what the school runs

Every module can be switched on or off per school by its plan, so a school pays for what it uses — and a module that is off cannot be reached at all.

Getting started

From nothing to a running school

Five steps. Most schools are live inside a few weeks, and the order matters less than getting the data right the first time.

  1. 01

    Your school is created

A subdomain or your own domain, your logo and colour, your board, and your first School Admin — who is sent an invite.

  2. 02

    Your data is brought in

Students, guardians, staff, subjects and opening fee balances come in from spreadsheets, validated row by row before anything is saved.

  3. 03

    Your rules are set

Sessions and terms, the grading scale, fee heads and instalments, shift timings, and the roles each member of staff holds.

  4. 04

    Devices and channels are connected

Biometric readers, the SMS gateway with its DLT templates, email, and the payment gateway for online fees.

  5. 05

    Families are invited

Parents and students sign in and see their own child, their own marks and their own dues — and nothing else.

How it is built

Three things that hold on every screen

Each school's data stays its own

Every record carries its school, and every query is filtered by it before it runs — including the lookup behind a URL. A link to another school's record returns "not found", never the record.

Every change is recorded

Who changed what, from where, and what the value was before. Marks, money and permissions all keep their history, and nobody — including an administrator — can edit or delete those rows.

Permissions the school controls

A School Admin grants roles and single permissions, time-bound where it suits, and can never hand out more than they hold themselves. A teacher acts only on their own classes.

Questions

The ones schools actually ask

Can one parent see all of their children at once?

Yes. A guardian record can be linked to any number of students, and the parent switches between them from the header without signing out.

Can a teacher see students outside their own classes?

No. A permission says what a teacher may do; the class-section and subject mappings say where. A teacher who may mark attendance can only mark the sections mapped to them for the current session.

What stops one school seeing another's data?

Every record carries its school, and every query is filtered by it before it runs — including the lookup behind a URL. A link to another school's record returns "not found", never the record.

Is there a record of who changed a mark?

Every create, update and delete is stored with its old and new value, who did it, from where, and in which school. Those rows cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, and a bulk upload reads as one action rather than three hundred.

Which biometric devices work?

ZKTeco, eSSL and Realtime readers push over the ADMS protocol to an endpoint identified by the device serial. RFID cards, QR at the gate and face readers feed the same register.

Do parents need the app?

No. Everything works in a browser. The app adds push notifications and live bus tracking, and signs in with the same account.

Can we switch modules off?

Yes. Each school's plan decides which modules are available, and a module that is off is unreachable — not merely hidden from the menu.

What happens to our data if we leave?

A full export of the school as spreadsheets and JSON, on request or on exit. Audit records are kept for the retention period your school sets, three years by default.

Tell us about your school

Pricing depends on how many students you have and which modules you want, so the quote is worked out for your school rather than taken off a list.

  • A written quote, usually within two working days
  • A walkthrough of the modules you asked about, with your own data if you like
  • What migrating your existing records would involve
  • No obligation, and we will not pass your details on
